I'm thinking about families.

I've just been reading Richard (of RBB)'s post and thinking about families. I have a sister in Australia, so I'm thinking about our relationship. Maybe I'll go and see her soon. Last time I stayed she said I'd been there for too long. It was only six weeks. I'll keep it to five next time, well I am a sensitive guy. I've included a photo of my sister. Do you think she looks like me?

January, a time of reflection.

Okay, so why am I here. I don't mean in Auckland; I'm casting my mind net wider than that. I'm asking what my role is in this enormous thing we call The Universe. Am I just a small cog in a huge system of moving parts?
